I wouldn't say it was flat out boring, just that it didn't have much of an emotional effect on me. I was pretty indifferent to the whole thing. It took me weeks to settle on a time to watch it, almost like a mental barrier I'd put up. When I finally did, I got pulled along by the performances and the story. I pretty much hated the main kid. One of the most uninteresting characters and performances I have ever seen. I also don't understand the acclaim that Hawke and Arquette got. Her final scene is very good but the rest of her performance is very average. Also, what story Just kidding, I'm just having some fun.

He is a GREAT actor. big fan of Hawke. My favorite performance would be Tape. Absolutely genius in that film. Favorite film would probably be Before the Devil Knows You're Dead. I noticed Good Kill is on Netflix streaming so I will check that out soon.
