These are my power rankings. Which are largely subjective.
BEST TEAMS - New England Patriots - haven't played anybody yet, except Buffalo. And although Buffalo is good, they are not in my group of best teams. - San Francisco 49ers - another team that hasn't played anybody yet, except the Rams. And at that time, the Rams had lost 3 in a row. - Green Bay Packers - great quarterback, good offense, capable defense. I don't think they are a complete team. But they are one of the best. Their strengths so far can make up for their weaknesses. - New Orleans Saints - arguably the most complete team. They keep winning inspite of injuries to key players. May have played the hardest schedule so far.
GOOD TEAMS Seattle Seahawks Kansas City Chiefs Baltimore Ravens Dallas Cowboys Minnesota Vikings Indianapolis Colts Buffalo Bills Houston Texans - These teams are good enough to beat anybody. But most have problems with consistency. Or a glaring weakness.
MEDIOCRE TEAMS Panthers, Rams, Eagles, Bears, Cardinals, Buccaneers, Lions Raiders, Jaguars, Titans, Browns, Steelers, Chargers - Some of these teams may catch fire at some point this season. Or they may be loaded with talent. But right now they are struggling.
BAD TEAMS Giants, Falcons, Redskins Broncos, Jets, Bengals, Dolphins - These teams aren't going anywhere.
What do you think?

We're not mediocre.
We're bad.
Check that.
We're abysmal.

Cowboys are a mediocre team and the Eagles are down right bad. I think the Cowboys are loaded with talent. And if they played better, or had the right game plan, they could beat any team.

Carson Wentz takes a lot of heat and hate but this season is not on him. Wentz and Jordan Howard are the only two Eagles getting a pass.

It's funny because Pro Football Focus (highly regarded) had them ranked Best Offensive Line in the league. That's why I typically don't put much into what people are saying during the preseason / exhibition season. Lot's of people had the Falcons ranked high. Look at them. Lot's of people picked the Phils to win the NL East. Look what happened.

The prevailing thought is that Frank Reich was the true genius of the Super Bowl Season. Everyone is calling for the head of Al Groh’s son.

And at that time, the Rams had lost 3 in a row. That 3rd loss was TO the 49ers - are we supposed to hold that against SF? Besides, you can only play the teams in front of you. The 49ers have beaten every one of them. It doesn't matter that the Rams had lost 2 games just before that; in those two games, the Rams lost thanks to a bizarre defensive fuck up vs TB, despite scoring 40 points themselves, and then on a missed field goal in Seattle (the entire narrative around the Rams totally changes if that Zuerlein kick goes in). SF held the Rams to 7 points. The Rams then went on to destroy the Falcons on the road. Rams are a legitimate opponent and SF beat them in LA. You also forgot to mention the Bengals in your rankings, which is understandable.

Eagles We beat the Skins and Jets I have no idea how in blue hell we beat the Pack. Interesting game this Sunday. Bills have a fairly easy run for the next four games so they will probably lose

I tend to agree with your rankings. Specially with the tiers. I would put the Saints above the Packers though. Panthers honestly might be good though. Isn't Kyle Allen like 4-0 since becoming the starter?

It's about to get a lot more challenging.
