Jar Jar Abrams is copying ROTJ BIG TIME(Emperor, incomplete Death Star, Throne Room Lightsaber battle, teasing a large Rebel Ship/Empire Star Destroyer spacefight, Lando piloting the Millennium Falcon in that space battle, Forest Planet like Endor, Finn and Poe on a vehicle in a desert which looks a lot like the Jabba the Hutt's Barge ships and even their outfits are reminiscent of Han's after being unfrozen from the carbonite, Keri Russell's Helmet wearing character is a rip off of Leia's disguised Bounty Hunter when first arriving at Jabba's palace...) Can't he do ANYTHING ORIGINAL AND NOT A COMPLETE RIP OFF |

I mean, fool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice, shame on you. I'll definitely be there opening night or the night after. They know know how to put a trailer together, especially without spoiling anything major and making it look epic, yet of course, we then see the final product. Emperor Palpatine is by far one of like my favorite movie villains and despite how the prequels turned out, he was one of the few reasons to watch 'em, so I'm excited to see him on the big screen again. I think it's cool how he's basically an overarching villain for three generations of Star Wars (PT, OT and ST).
I don't think the stories for the sequel trilogies are particularly good but I genuinely like Daisy Ridley as Rey and John Boyega as Finn. They're both extremely charismatic and have great chemistry and a good dynamic. Where Disney lacks in an interesting and original story, I think they do at least make up for it with the portrayal of friendship between the characters, which was really lacking in the prequels.

You guys need to remember that trailers are put together a certain way and that the way things play out in the trailer may not necessarily play out the same way in the theater when you watch the film. Reserve judgment until you watch the thing even though it's tempted to judge the film now based on what you see in the trailer.

I loved TFA. I think it's a blast and reminds me of why I loved Star Wars. It was nice to like Star Wars again after the prequels. I didn't love TLJ, but thought it was ok and liked it better than any of the prequels. I think the trailers for this movie look good, but I have to admit, I don't know what the fuck this trilogy is about. And constantly teasing Ren is going to redeem himself? For who/what? There's nothing about that guy that makes you want to see him redeemed.

Yeah, I Loved "THE FORCE AWAKENS" as well (I Still Love It) and I also really liked "ROGUE ONE" (I Love what they did with Grand Moff Tarkin in it).
I didn't enjoy "THE LAST JEDI" but I did think that it did have it's moments.
I actually did like "SOLO" (I absolutely loved Darth Maul's brief cameo at the end).
