I don't get it why people, if it comes to comic book things, are fighting and insult each other doesn't make any sense for me. Its like little kiddies on the schoolyard, who fighting for nothing. You people on this boards here are all adults, or supposed to be. So act like them.

Aw, look, Neo's talking about himself again. No iam talking about you pevert freak. I love it when fans of rival franchises decide someone's mentally ill based on their tastes and unwillingness to put up with their crap. It really does show what a small mind you have.

I don't like Wolverine, and haven't for over ten years now, and this film did nothing to change my mind about the character. I don't care about his opposite sex clone, either. I really don't. As for the rest, this website got the run-off of IMDb's superhero fandom butthurt rivalries.

I think he's a character that you eventually outgrow when moody, and sullen anti-heroes are no longer enough to sustain you intellectually. His neigh on indestructibility and hack-and-slash-his-way-through any problem mentality gets tiresome. The Claremont/Miller limited series, Havok & Wolverine: Meltdown, Killing, Origins and a few other stories are still favorites. Marvel painted themselves into a corner with Wolverine's enormous popularity and success. There was no way for him to grow or change without pissing the fans off. SaveSave

And honestly, it wasn't outgrowing that made me dislike him. It was his over-exposure and the fact that other characters were getting side-lined and screwed over in favor of him. It's like Marvel and Fox forgot other X-Men exist and it really just turned me off of everything to do with X-Men. I'm still not back into it, due to a combination of factors: the bad movies, the fact that even the "good" ones don't hold up very well, and Fox's inability to move away from Wolverine ever after he's finally been killed off.

1. Adult writers have editors for a reason while children love and defend Disney flicks. 2. Apparently you should practice what you preach. 3. Disney handles adult themes at a children's level....it's Disney, not TED. 1. Ah, so you admit to being unable to handle grammar correctly without your Special Needs instructor. 2. Yeah, the guy who thinks an R-rating automatically makes a movie better has no place talking to me about maturity. 3. Prove it. 1. Ignorant response. 2. Never stated that so another ignorant response 3. Since Disney caters to children you really need to prove your so called "adult" themes coming from Disney, slick.

Guardians looks even more childish after what Fox did for Logan Disney/Marvel makes films for kids and adults who are flat out stupid. If Disney/Marvel was in charge Logan, Logan and Charles would've skipped off over the horizon playing pat-a-cake at the end. If Disney/Marvel was in charge of Logan/Wolverine then it wouldn't have taken them 17 years before making a good Wolverine movie. Good to the Idiocracy population aka Marveltards.

Oh, look, the poster child for Autism Speaks is back. 1. Does your mother know you're up this late? 2. Maybe not directly, but you have. 3. No, Disney caters to families. There is a difference. Their films are intended for all ages, young or old. Also, I'm not seeing that proof I requested. Oh, and before I forget: Said by a famous author whose opinion will always matter more than yours'.

Nah, I don't take sides and I don't care if a movie is from MCU, DCEU, or FOX. I just want to see a movie that I enjoy

Families have children and that's why most of their flicks have G and a PG rating so you really need to prove your point because once again, Disney is not known for catering to adults, slick. And C.S. Lewis lets you sleep better at night then so be it, but while he wrote books, you post all day long.

It's so funny to see this wannabe adults here, fight and insult each other, because of fictional characters, who only exist on papers. Guys, you should finally grow up, get some real hobbies, find a girlfriend, some friends, and a job.

Guardians is about embracing the comic bookiness of the source, while Logan was a testament to how plenty of people are still ashamed of comics and don't want to admit they watch comic book movies. So they go for that bankrupt "grounded" approach that nearly destroyed CBMs and think that's the only way to go.
Of course, this is discounting how Logan was predictable as Hell.

All comics are predictable as hell; they'er pictures with very limited words attached to them....the graphic novel should have "novel" removed. People who read comics get their news from The Daily Show and late night TV.

The first GotG felt like a movie for little kids. Very few jokes landed. The Jackson Pollock joke was the only mature joke I could remember. All the other jokes felt like they were designed for toddlers.

People like you are the ones who fail to realize half of Shakespeare is just old sex jokes.
