Was the 2001 World Series between the Arizona Diamondbacks and the New York Yankees the Greatest World Series of All-Time or just 1 of the Greatest ?
If it was 1 of the Greatest then where would you yourself say it ranks out of All of the Greatest World Series ever played ?

Anything involving the Arizona Diamondbacks can't be the greatest anything.

I can't go there with you. I want to. I agree with the sentiment. But I just can't.

2001 was one of the best World Series, but there have been some others since 1980 that were just as good or better.
1986 1991- maybe the best I've seen 1997 2002 2011 2014 2016 2017- maybe the best I've seen

I still hadn't come back to baseball fully after the 1994 season. Plus it was 2 teams I didn't care about, though was leaning toward the Yankees.
