NBA B-ball!
The greatest sport on Earth right now is NBA basketball. The boys in that league love that three pointer, love getting it to the big man down low, love the pick and roll, love beating up on the Knicks, love the Chinese government...
NBA basketball is the most exciting and competitive sport going on right now. It is a display of astonishing athleticism that no other sport can match. Plus it has players that are known by one single name: Zion, LeBum, KD, Kyrie, Curry, Kawhi….(hell, for me to know a baseball player I need first, middle, and last name plus social security number).

No self-respecting American would watch a professional basketball game until after the Super Bowl. If you watch an NBA game on Christmas Day, a Sandusky isn't good enough for you - - you should be banished to Hong Kong and then have NBA players decide to have you run over by a tank so they can afford another ivory back scratcher.

No self-respecting American would watch a professional basketball game until after the Super Bowl. If you watch an NBA game on Christmas Day, a Sandusky isn't good enough for you - - Wrong, el stupid one. NBA puts on five games on Christmas Day for the Chinese. Those Chinese don't believe in Jesus or God, so the NBA knows a billion people over there are tuning in on Christmas Day to watch LeBron and Curry and Zion. The NBA is the greatest sports league on Earth. In ten years, basketball will be the most popular sport on the planet. It is growing so much and has worldwide appeal. This has to be the most competitive season in NBA history, which only helps things.

A "goal" needs to be relatively rare for it to be exciting. Not sure how it could be improved really. Bigger ball? Smaller hoops?
