When the BRodger first arrived at Celtic, he had a similar effect on them, transforming a talented but aimless squad into a team of record-breakers. Lester's play is fast and lethal. There is little or no looking up to see where the rest of the team is positioned. No need. Everybody knows exactly where they are and the ball is moved around at pace.
