The death of the russian by door could be in a PG13 movie the stabbing too. Mainly with the russian's decapitation it focuses on Kingpins face the violence is mostly off screen and implied. The only thing that wouldn't be allowed in a PG13 movie is Jigsaw's face cutting as shown. I'm for ultra violence as the next person, but I don't think Blade needs it, maybe Punisher needs a bit more. Still, I would rather have a strong story and characters supported by lessor violence in the overall universe if it needs to be to work. When I think of the Netflix shows, it's not the violence, swearing, or sex that I like about them. It's the characterization. The Stories are good to if not a little slow. (they could be cut down to 8 episodes each). Honestly with the netflix shows if you took out Karen's brief boob when she's changing shirts and a little bit of the sex in Jessica Jones they could pass as TV-14 not TV-MA for the most part. In the end I would be happy with rated R Punisher or Blade, but I do think a PG13 one COULD work if need be. I doubt even those Scenes would make it in a PG13 Movie,I'm sure that Russian's Death would be quick and only impled,Even Robert Redford in Winter Soldier Kills that woman quickly and doesn't look violent at all and that Stabbing from Joker No way,Hawkeye using a Sword in Endgame didn't really do anything super violent. Joker proves you can have a strong strong story with an R Rating and it can be successful. I doubt you could make the netflix shows tv14,Cottonmouth on Luke Cage beats a Teen to death very visously and on the 2nd season Mariah commits Genocide sets a man on fire and shoots him. If shift gears from the MCU like the Boys, which still got an MA Rating despite altering some stuff from the books So you just want a lot of gory violence?

If Blade is getting his own movie, it would definitely work best with an R-rating, but that’s probably not going to happen. Frankly, Blade as a whole seems like he would’ve fit in better with the Netflix characters, but we’re obviously done with those and having Mahershala Ali in the MCU proper was probably too appealing an idea for Kevin Feige to pass up.

Ali i m not sold on the role hes starting very late in the Game,Hes older than Snipes was in Trinity in fact Ali is the same age right now as the last Actor Sticky Fingaz is right now. I d say they should have cast somebody 10-15 years younger

There's lot of Rated-R Material in Marvel Comics. You have Charcters like Blade, Daredevil, Deadpool, Deathlok, Moon Knight, Punisher, Venom, Wolverine. Or Antihero Teams like Savage Avengers, Midnight Sons, Strikeforce, X-Force, Thunderbolts. Shouldn't not be a problem, to make movies of these.
