I could post a huge list, but instead I will post about the last movie to make me laugh: A Night in Casablanca (1946). All three Marx Brothers were in fine form, especially Harpo, who got the biggest laughs from me. This was my first choice of a movie after 31 days and nights of just horror movies in October, and the perfect choice it was.

No movie ever made me laugh harder than The Naked Gun. If I had been allowed to roll in the theatre isle I would have been covered with popcorn and bubble gum. Next to that all the Marx Brothers films and most of the early Laurel and Hardy talkies.

I'm also one of the few people who loves the failed 1977 sitcom "Odd Man Out", starring John Inman.
Is it a remake of the Carol Reed film, with John Inman in the James Mason role? Good idea if so, because the original was sadly short of laughs (apart from the juxtaposition of "Irish" and "Organization").

Clockwise (1986) dir: Christopher Morahan. John Cleese's last (and best) work before he started to believe his own hype. Ends with a whimper, not a bang, though. And what happened to Sharon Maiden's career afterwards?

Death at a Funeral (2007) dir: Frank Oz. Avoid the inferior US remake directed by Neil LaBute (2010). I actually bought that version by mistake. Well, how was I to know that Peter Dinklage plays the same part in both versions?

International House w/WC Fields
Animal House
The Bank Dick w/WC Fields
National Lampoons Christmas Vacation
The original "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" (I couldn't help laughing throughout this farce of a movie)
