It sounds like I am being overly positive on the series, but I consider Breaking Bad to be a modern work of art. Seriously. It is The Godfather of TV shows. Have you ever seen Better Call Saul? I loved that too. I’ve only seen Better Call Saul up to Season 3 (Netflix), but I loved what I saw. Some parts were even better than BB, but I doubt it’ll reach the high of Walt’s tragedy. Have you watched El Camino yet? Of course. Opening day. I personally loved it, but I know it is getting mixed reception from fans. To me, it was just an extended BB episode. Also, I would argue that Season Four of Better Call Saul is the best one.

Hopefully they put season 4 on Netflix soon.

I don’t have to think twice before answering the second part of the question. My favourite TV show of all time is Buffy the Vampire Slayer. As for the BEST show, I am not so sure. If it weren’t for the disastrous last season, I think I would answer Game of Thrones. Taking into account that cloud hanging over GoT, I feel tempted to pick Six Feet Under.
I must say that I haven’t watched The Sopranos or The Wire, two shows that are often mentioned in “best ever” lists.

Season 7 wasn't much better either and Season 6 was only saved because of the last two Episodes. However Seasons 1-4 is one of my favorite TV, but overall Buffy is a better Series.

Breaking Bad
I dunno what my “favourite” is. It’s always been either The Simpson’s or Seinfeld but Bojack Horseman is a pretty strong contender - easily the one I care the most about. But truthfully I don’t think I have “favourites” anymore.

If you are taking about the series as a whole. I'm making a distinction because the Simpsons is my favorite TV show, but only the first 8 Seasons. I stopped watching it around Season 13 because the comedy style changed.
Favorite - 24 / King of the Hill
Best - Breaking Bad / King of the Hill
