Wonder how many 13-15 year old boys in 1984 were having lots of fun watching this late nights on HBO? I know for sure I was one of them.

I guess this is another 80s teen comedy that was supposed to do for private schools what Animal House did for college frats.
Well, let's get this out of the way. If nothing else, it's worth watching for Phoebe Cates and Betsy Russell because they are so beautiful. I might go so far as to say Betsy kinda steals the show. She is fearless when it comes to showing off her body.
The soundtrack is pretty decent.
The rest of the cast? They're not bad but the writing and gags are not that funny or original.
It's a goofy high school teen comedy.
