What if Rob Zombie directed The Terminator?

It's funny you mention this because I was just thinking this today! I was thinking about Halloween, and how Zombie just put so many gratuitous kills in there, for the sake of it, and basically pissed on the character of Michael Myers.

1. Sarah's escape from the institution was caused by the stupidity of two orderlies who decide to use Sarah's room to graphically rape another patient. 

2. The T-800 (Arnold) massacres the bikers at the bar while obtaining his clothes from biker played by Danny Trejo. His clothes end up being blood-soaked because he beheaded the biker. But he's fine with that. He sees the man he threw out the window lying on the car. The T-800 walks over to kill him by beating him in the head endlessly. Because we can't leave any survivors. Add about 25 minutes of screen time to the opening bar scene or the extra kills.

3. The T-1000 who runs past Silberman to get to John on the elevator, spots Silberman standing there and decides to slice and dice him with his sword arms. Can't leave survivors who come in contact with the T-100. RIP Silberman.

4. While the T-8000 is being lowered into the molten steel, the Swat enter the steel mill with their guns aimed at Sarah and John, telling them "hands up." Sarah and John decide to jump in the molten steel and sacrifice themselves. "Free Ride" plays.

5. The T-800, Sarah, and John are guided by the ghost of Kyle Reese and a unicorn. 

6. The T-1000 kills John's foster mom right before she gets ready to take a shower, so she's topless. We then see her dead body lying on the floor with blood soaked on her naked body. 

7. After the T-1000 disguised as John's foster mom stabs John's foster dad with a knife through his mouth, he's still alive and breathing. This causes the the T-1000 to grab metal kitchen pots and beat his head repeatedly with them until he's dead for sure.

8. The T-1000 is played by a 7 foot tall actor because he's a bad guy and being a bad guy means you're extra tall. 

Just a few tweaks and additions I think we would get if they ever lost their mind to let Zombie near doing a T2 remake.

1: more like Sarah escapes after castrating two orderlies who had just brutally raped her for the umpteenth time since she had been incarcerated whilst her Doctor jerked off to watching it on a security feed in his office.

2: Sounds about right.

3: Doc tries fleeing with Sarah and them only to have the elevator door start to close and the T-1000 smashes him into the elevator to get it to open rather than use his sword arms, spraying Sarah and John with his blood, Arnie then does the classic headshot and they escape, Doc staggers to his feet barely conscious to see the T-1000's head mend and is then cut straight in half from the nutsack up before the T-1000 continues chasing the trio.

4: When attempting to throw the Terminator tech into the molten steel a Cyberdine security team storm the building, John throws the shit in the steel and they open fire killing John and wounding Sarah, the T-800 then massacres the security team, T-800 talks with Sarah and she says that if they destroy all traces of Skynet the world wont need John, that means him and her also, so nothing remains, so the T-800 picks up John and Sarah, prepares to sacrifice himself tells Sarah he cannot self terminate so she lowers them down and he breaks her neck killing her instantly, but they forget his crushed arm making it all worthless as Cyberdine still have Terminator tech, but humanity has lost it's saviour.

5: sound about right, also not to far off of some versions of the movie.

6 & 7: T-1000 pretends to be the foster dad not the foster mom, fosdter mom comes out of the bedroom naked as the T-1000 tries to trick John on the phone, she goes down on the T-100 who kills her by stabbing her through the head with a penis blade mid BJ, tip of the blade pops up on the bottom of the screen when this happens covered in blood and then transition to a shot how her head, on top of a silver lower body blood and saliva dripping out her mouth, T-1000 afterwards gets up shoves her off and again we see the dead body with a clear hole straight through her mouth & head.

8: Eh maybe either him or the T-800 is going to be a giant.

9: The T-1000 kills Max the dog but it is shown in grisly detail.

10: Sarah has to be super trashy and probably fucks the guy who helps them in the desert, John probably catches her being fucked behind one of the trailers after he and the T-800 collect the guns.
