Say what you want about weirdraptor but at least he can, like, rhetorically hit the ball back across the net without tripping over himself. Actually, that's exactly what weirdraptor does with almost every response, which is why he is so entertaining....

To be fair, you've probably given this moment more thought than the filmmakers. Pretty sure I've given more thought to my left nut than the "filmmakers" (which is an extremely generous term for a bunch of evil, Pavlovian swine munching Doritos in a sound-mixing booth to put a nice, subconsciously pleasing nostalgic sheen over the top of the entire movie to trick idiots into thinking they enjoyed it) did anything regarding this half-baked "sequel trilogy" up to this point. Did any of those thoughts include scratching itches?

Like, I wouldn't hire the dude to be my attorney anytime soon, but he seems more than capable of stringing cogent sentences together, even if they're full of bombast, broad generalizations, and ad hominem attacks.

Did any of those thoughts include scratching itches? I would say that 100% of the consideration I've given to my left nut over the course of my lifetime has been when it needed a good scratch, yeah. I'm tempted to make a lazy connection to JJ et al scratching their collective nostalgic itch in the same manner with TFA, but it seems too obvious.

And sometimes at the bank when they drop off their nostalgia-covered money.

Hey, look, a child with nothing of value to contribute. (Pats Colden on the head) Now run along home. Hey look! A condescending idiot who misses the logic and points of people's comments he doesn't agree with! He just sifts through the words and sentences and edits the content of people's statements to see what he can attack and insult. If I had edited out portions of his comments, you might have had a point. Instead, you don't.

Then pick and choose what parts you criticize and pass off as being the real meaning of his statement. In fact you do that with just about everyone who doesn't agree with your opinions.

I don't think you understand what editing is. What you're trying to describe is cherry picking. And sorry, but you did create a straw man when describing people who criticize the prequels. That's what I was addressing, your flawed little tangent. Or does someone else saying something that's wrong earlier in the thread somehow justify you doing something similar?

So then you criticize someone who is against your bias of opinion while you ignore or pat on the back someone who is for your bias of opinion. And who showed guilt before I did. And you expect me to take you seriously or respect your opinion??.... Lol Yeah you're talking to the wrong guy if you think that passes for credibility!
