Doing performance reviews for my subordinates. Twice a year, they're not only useless but a royal pain in the ass. I do make it easy on myself by giving everyone the highest mark I can give.

I have lucked into working for an employer who has pledged to make the minimum wage at $15 per hour. So any job searching will most likely be within my present employer. I chose job hunting.

Stressing over bills isn't fun either. I recently borrowed from my pension to pay off credit cards. I was tired of having more month than money.

Public speaking and job interviews. I don't like speaking in public, but it doesn't seem to slay me the way it does others. If I can deviate from the script, it seems to go better. But I hate job interviews.
