Nothing has changed from last week;
These are my power rankings. Which are largely subjective.
BEST TEAMS - New England Patriots - haven't played anybody yet, except Buffalo. And although Buffalo is good, they are not in my group of best teams. - San Francisco 49ers - another team that hasn't played anybody yet, except the Rams. And at that time, the Rams had lost 3 in a row. - Green Bay Packers - great quarterback, good offense, capable defense. I don't think they are a complete team. But they are one of the best. Their strengths so far can make up for their weaknesses. - New Orleans Saints - arguably the most complete team. They keep winning inspite of injuries to key players. May have played the hardest schedule so far.
GOOD TEAMS Seattle Seahawks Kansas City Chiefs Baltimore Ravens Dallas Cowboys Minnesota Vikings Indianapolis Colts Buffalo Bills Houston Texans - These teams are good enough to beat anybody. But most have problems with consistency. Or a glaring weakness.
MEDIOCRE TEAMS Panthers, Rams, Eagles, Bears, Cardinals, Buccaneers, Lions Raiders, Jaguars, Titans, Browns, Steelers, Chargers - Some of these teams may catch fire at some point this season. Or they may be loaded with talent. But right now they are struggling.
BAD TEAMS Giants, Falcons, Redskins Broncos, Jets, Bengals, Dolphins - These teams aren't going anywhere this year.
What do you think?

These are my individual team power rankings of the top four;
1) New Orleans Saints - have played the toughest schedule. Keep winning despite injuries to key players. More experience than the 49er team.
(Keep in mind - this makes three years in a row the Saints are arguably the best team in the NFL at mid season. But for some reason, they have failed in the post season twice. What would you rather be - the best team at mid season? Or the best team at the end?)
2) San Francisco 49ers - two impressive wins against mediocre teams - the LA Rams and the Carolina Panthers. But the rest of their schedule has been easy. No injuries. Young inexperienced team.
3) Green Bay Packers - great quarterback, but have been inconsistent.
4) New England Patriots - super easy schedule. But they are reining Super Bowl Champions
(Traditionally the Pat's screw around in the first half of the season. Get it together in the second half, and kick ass in the playoffs.
They benefit every year from a terrible division. And this year their regular season schedule is a joke.
The Patriots won't be tested until post season.
For N.O. Saints fans - Once again, what would you rather be? Best team at mid season? Or best team at the end?)

I'd agree the Eagles are mediocre; however what I saw from the Bills yesterday - they're not 'good'; albeit 5-2.
I'd rank them mediocre as well unless this was on off game for them.

Come on Rey. You know what a rhetorical question is.

The Bills are mediocre. Like the Cowboys, none of their wins are against a team above .500. Their wins came from the Jets, Bengals, Dolphinsx2, & Titans. Their 1 loss before yesterday was to NE but they played them close.

Only the Patriots are as good as the top teams in the NFC --- this year.

Maybe the Chiefs if Mahomes is healthy. In the NFC you have the 49ers, Packers, Saints, and maybe the Vikings. The rest of the league is average to crappy.

This 49ers team is really starting to scare me as a true NFC Champion threat. Defenses and running games win games in December and January. Specially if they have to travel to somewhere like Green Bay. Jimmy G only has to be a competent game manager and not turn the ball over and that team is legit. They're the biggest surprise of the season imo.
Easy schedule be damned I think until they lose you still have to put the Patriots at number 1 as much as I hate to say it. They're the defending champs and that defense while I can't fathom how they're that good is becoming 2000 Ravens level. Allowed only 61 points and we're half way through the season.
