Rams trade CB Aqib Talib and 5th round pick to the Dolphins for future late-round pick.
So the Dophins are rebuilding by trading away their young players and bringing in older ones?

I regard 5th round picks as assets and can be valuable (unless you're the Eagles and can't draft - i.e. draft a QB who doesn't even make your 53 man roster or practice squad)
