Such an odd relationship between the 2 of them over the years.
There's been verbal jabbing on Twitter over the years - then they seem to show a mutual respect for each other at times.
You can kind of tell they really don't like each other.
KAT has been called soft at times; Embiid a bit of a bully/trash talker.
Could tell in the 1st quarter something bad was going to go down as Embiid was repeatedly laying into him in the block in ISO trying to get to the rim - looked like two heavyweight boxers battling for position against the ropes and KAT pretty much wasn't budging and Embiid wasn't getting a foul called by the refs.

The perfect example of a guy who you love when he's on your team but hate him when he's not is Marcus Smart. Love that guy. Not afraid to mix it up with anyone, doesn't back down, but still respects the game. He got into it with Giannis last night. They got separated and he was still pissed, and getting the crowd into a frenzy. Embiid got into a fight with a noted pussy and was laughing and high fiving with his teammates after. He's a fake tough guy, and a crybaby. I love trash talkers and players who have an edge to them. Kevin Garnett was one of my favorite players before he ever came to Boston! I don't like guys who are only making a show of it and run off the court when karma bites them in the ass.

They've got video of KAT's mom giving Jo-Jo the finger  I think this is all kind of a shame - KAT's a Jersey kid and a huge Eagles fan - was at the SB in Eagles gear rooting for them. I thought they squashed their beef as Embiid playfully referenced KAT in a chip eating challenge video over the summer. We've now got Embiid calling him a p*ssy on Twitter stating he always has been - I only saw his Instagram post last night stating he's been raised by lions and had a cat pulling on him last night and tagged Jimmy Buckets on it. I love Embiid because he's on my team - but I'd legit hate him if he was on another, he is a bit of a clown, troll, douche, bully - but I love him  Props to Ben to coming to his teammates defense and putting KAT in a chokehold too - I think KAT and Ben are friends too as it's been on social media they get together for video games wars at times. |
