The cheeseburger and fries were purchased on the same day McDonald's closed its last restaurant in Iceland in 2009. Today they look as if they had been bought a few hours ago. McDonald's food is said never to decompose and here we are ten years later with the same burger and fries looking better for wear than their wrapping. I'm glad I don't eat this stuff. Name of god, what goes into it? Not even a trace of mould on the bun for crying out loud. The real-time webcam link in the article allows you to have a look right now...Ten years. McDonald's burger and fries are invincible.

Certain brands of American processed cheese (which is not really cheese) can last indefinitely. I wouldn't touch that stuff with a 10 foot pole.

That doesn't surprise me here either
and sadly it seems about right
with all these types of
" fast food products " here too - scary stuff indeed .
Thanks so much staggerstag for this
most interesting subject post here also .

" Where's the beef ? " indeed that catchphrase ages way better and safer than
" McD's Beef " for sure .
