I would say, having not seen Ghostbusters 2016 but only seen the trailer, and only seen half of Supergirl: That Supergirl is probably better at least in terms of plot.

I haven't seen either film.
But I do think the actress who played Supergirl is kinda cute, so I picked Supergirl.

My opinion is likely similar to @jamesavalon as I have seen neither but if I was going to bet on which of the two ill like more, I would guess Supergirl (1984).
still, with that said... Supergirl is just a cheap rip off of Superman which kind of puts me against it a bit right off the start as it's sort of like trying to switch 'Wonder Woman' to say something like 'Wonder Man', you just don't do it.
p.s. so while I did not vote, if I did I would likely back Supergirl (1984).

While they both have action and fantasy elements, GHOSTBUSTERS is mainly a comedy, so they can't really be compared.
