Brown is the color of poo. Which adequately describes the San Diego Padres’ entire existence. Last year, 29 out of 30 teams had blue, red or black as their primary color. Yawn. Now it 28. And the was about as boring as it gets
I'm no fan of the 70's color explosions, but a little color is good. Glad they didn't this route

Meh. I'm more interested in a name change. Why would there be a sports team named for a Catholic Priest? May as well call themselves The Molesters.

I like the pinstipes. The uni in the back-right looks like a guy who works at UPS, on casual Friday. (The guy in the back-left needs a haircut.) |

Just seems really lame to name a team based on a spanish word for priest. Are you in denial of the controversy over priests now? This would be the perfect time for them to make a name change. And even if priests were not molesting altar boys, it is still a stupid name for a sports team.
