Definitely that it was a significant step down from Scream 2, but still pretty enjoyable, which is pretty much how I feel about it today. Agreed, I still liked it and I still do like it even today.
Yeah, it has its qualities. I liked the intense focus/scrutiny of the Maureen Prescott mystery, and Parker Posey steals the show as faux-Gale.

Roman was a director with very dark personal tendencies, which I’m thinking was a reference to Polanski. Oh Yeah, Definitely!
