Looks good. When I was in Greece in the 70's, I ate a lot of street food, mostly souvlaki, it was delicious and I never got sick from the food.

It is like raki, an anise flavored liquor. If you add water it clouds up and is called "Lion's Milk".

I had Ouzo years before I went to Greece, I also had a lot of Greek food, at that time there were 2 Greek areas in Chicago , "Old Greek Town" on Halsted Street and "New Greek Town" near Western Av and Lawrence. I also had several Greek-American friends, that's how I was introduced to Greek culture. I've never been a drinker so Ouzo was too strong for me but I did like the licorice taste.

Ouzo is the mildest of 3 types of alcohol. Tsipouro is the next strongest and raki is the strongest.
I usually drink it as shots because mixing it with water makes the thing NEVER END! If you don't want to drink it straight, you can mix it like any other liquor. I've had coke and ouzo, ouzo and orange juice and other combinations.
I would say ouzo is closest to grappa in strength.
