The fact that a team has an easy schedule is no guarantee they will win anything. That has nothing to do with a team sleep walking into the playoffs being more fresh than a team that has battled a tough schedule and fierce competition. Isn't that a contradiction? You say a team with an easy schedule isn't guaranteed anything, then say the Patriots sleep walk into the playoffs. How can a team sleep walk into the playoffs if an easy schedule doesn't mean anything? I never said it doesn't mean anything. I said an easy schedule makes it easier one will win, and get into the playoffs. Not guaranteed.

No, I honestly do not get how you can say the Patriots have an easy division so they can sleep walk through the season, yet turn around and say an easy schedule is no guarantee of winning anything. If an easy schedule isn't a guarantee of winning anything, how can you afford to sleepwalk through it??? Anybody else wanna chimne in, I FEEL LIKE I'M TAKING CRAZY PILLS!

Shady Brady was just upset because his own stat-line was shit. As Brady proved when he had Garoppolo traded away to keep his own job safe, he puts himself before the team every time. It's hard for Brady to be pleased in a press conference when he had to rely on his WR to throw a TD pass because he couldn't do it himself. How'd I do, DC-Fan ? Brady usually sends out his ugly wife Giselle to publicly berate his teammates, like she did after the Super Bowl XLVI loss to the Giants in which Brady missed wide-open receivers multiple times. But Giselle must've been busy. Giselle is really ugly for a supermodel. Her nose looks like a giraffe's nose. But some people just have lower standards. Prince Rainier had high standards and married Grace Kelly while Prince Charles had lower standards and married Camilla. Joe DiaMaggio had high standards and married Marilyn Monroe, Justin Verlander had higher standards and married a real supermodel Kate Upton, while Brady had lower standards and married ugly Giselle.

When the games matter, Brady will take the big hits. No, Brady doesn't want to take the big hits anymore. It's 1 thing to take the big hits when he was in his 20s, but now that he's in his 40s, Brady clearly doesn't want to take the big hits anymore.

I agree, because the games won't matter. The game in week 11 didn't matter, just like that game in week 12 doesn't matter, which is why I said when the games matter he will take the hits, but the games don't matter right now, like I said about them not mattering and him taking the hits when they do matter. As a matter of fact, I said that. That when the games matter, it will matter, and he will take the hits no matter what. But the game in week 11 didn't really matter, like I said, and the game in week 12 won't really matter. The playoffs matter, and that's when he will stand in and take the big hits, when the games matter.

So by your logic, New Orleans and Baltimore should breeze through the rest of the regular season and be well rested, and therefore more able to win, in the playoffs? They both currently enjoy 3 game leads, and their closest opponent in only a .500 team. Not breathing down their neck, so there is no pressure to win. And that will make winning easier (I guess?) Yes The Saints have been through the toughest part of their schedule. And they have a comfortable lead. San Francisco is just getting into their tough stretch. And Seattle is breathing down their neck. Advantage New Orleans. (I don't know about Baltimore.) (That probably contributed to the Saints getting blown out by Atlanta.) So much for the "easy road to the playoffs makes it easier to win in the playoffs" theory. BOOM!

And in Week 12, Brady still won't want to take the big hits anymore. The game in week 11 didn't matter, just like that game in week 12 doesn't matter So much for the games not mattering. If the Pats had won those earlier games, then they would've had a bye and the Titans would be playing the Chiefs and then the Ravens. But Brady didn't want to take any big hits and that's why they lost those earlier games and lost the bye. when the games matter, it will matter, and he will take the hits no matter what. The defense responded by giving up a 13 play, 75 yard, 7 minute drive to Ryan Fitzpatrick. Brady did take the hits. Took 5 QB hits, usually against just 3 men pass rushes. But Baltimore lost at home to the Titans and only scored 12 points, so I guess Jackson just didn't want to take the big hits?

So that's why Brady threw a pick-6 and gave Miami 7 points instead of taking a big hit? Geez, champ. You talk out of your ass so much, you should consider a breath mint enema. Avoiding a big hit had absolutely nothing to do with the Miami interception. The defender jumped the route and made a good play. There was no impending "big hit" on that play. Not even remotely. Sorry, wrong again!
