I'm watching 16 Blocks and David Morse has had so many excellent roles in his career. I've watched him since St Elsewhere.

I am watching 'Frasier' yet again, Kelsey Grammer is often overlooked for his acting, too bad his film career never took off, could of been interesting. I think that James Mason is often overlooked by the public now-a-days. He has that 'British' cool that I might sell my soul for. Roz: (talking about Bebe) It’s not like she worships the devil! Frasier: She doesn't have to worship the devil! He worships her! The 'Must Watch' episode: Ham Radio

Some TV actors' careers never go far on screen, some fly very high indeed. Chevy Chase has made a living, for example, while Bill Murray is absolutely legendary. None of the Friends actors have done much onscreen, though Aniston has had some success. Unfortunately, part of the problem in some cases, perhaps Grammer's, is of a political nature. What a shame.

If you enjoy the humor in shows like TAXI and Cheers you'll probably like Frasier.

Holy Hamlet! shigui One of the few shows where you couldn't remove a single character and ruin the show. The first three seasons of Cheers probably surpasses Frasier but then for total seasons (other than the dreaded 'Dark Day's of Frasier around season 7-8 when the series turned into a terrible soap opera- Frasier dating the former prom queen, Lorna Lynley- really started to suck and fall in the ratings then the producers brought back the original team of writers and the show quickly righted itself for the final seasons which are the best). It is overall the better in quality for the total series than Cheers.

How can anyone else do it justice besides the original writers?

is this meant as a general Underrated Actors Thread?
Sam Rockwell doesn't get enough credit. that guy has charisma coming out of his wazoo.

Bree Olson. Her early work was a little too script-challenged for my taste, but then Human Centipede III came out in 2015, I think she really came into her own, commercially and artistically.
