It's Hollywood BS basically as, reading between the lines, it's sort of like if she did not do the nude scenes her career would have liked died early on etc. but it's not surprising as Hollywood is corrupt (they are not exactly high on moral standards nowadays as things are getting more depraved in shows/movies lately on some level) and I imagine crap like that goes on more than us average people know. so now she's looking back on it after making it she's starting to see through their BS as she's got more experience in the movie industry etc.
but that pressure to go nude so she don't disappoint Game of Thrones fans is just some BS excuse to get her nude (given what she said, they were probably treating her so-so and I am glad she said F U to them as they are basically treating her as a piece of meat and not as a person). but at least it appears Jason Mamoa helped her a bit.
p.s. for the record... I stopped watching that show after I think it was Season 4 finished. I lost interest. Breaking Bad (2008-2013)/The Sopranos (1999-2007) etc are much more interesting shows if you ask me.

It's Hollywood's sick fantasy. They know the actors and actresses are uncomfortable, but they force them anyway.

Duh, of course she was pressured. We all get pressured to do things but the choice is ours. I've been pressured to fudge numbers, to lie about what I witnessed, to lie about others, to spy on others, to accept blame for my bosses. I've made choices in my career to stand up for my ideals and paid the price so I have no sympathy for anyone who cashed the check then complained. If going nude was against your morality and you did it then you are a weak and immoral and it's no one's fault but your own. Sick of people who cash the check then complain they made the bargain. I'll happily go nude in a film for her money and lifestyle.
