Adrian might have been shy, but apparently she was pretty easy.
Rocky got to at least 2nd base on that first date. When the scene ends, there is some heavy making out going on. We don't know how far it went.

We don't know how far it went. You know the part where Rocky calls Paulie before they started kissing? After the cameras rolled Paulie storms in pushed Rocky aside grabbed Adrian's hand and yelled at Rock just before storming out, "What are you doing taking advantage of my sister like this!" and took her home.
