Anybody here remember that flavor? I remember having it as a kid, and I loved it. I recently looked for it in several of my local stores, and I see no ice cream of any brand that is Butter Brickle flavor. Does anybody else here have it in their local stores, and if so, what brand is it?

I remember it as a kid of the 60s also. I haven't seen it in many years plus years.
To far from me as I am from Iowa.

That's good to know, WKM. I've still got a few other stores to check out in my local area, so I'll look for those brands.
These days you never know what kind of ice cream flavor you're going to find. A few years back I actually found Durian Fruit ice cream! Being curious, I bought some and tried it. It actually wasn't that bad.

I've been having a taste for those ice cream Xmas trees the stores used to carry around this time of year, its just peppermint ice cream but for some reason it "tastes better" in the shape of the tree. I wonder if they are still being made. I hardly ever eat ice cream, it gives me gas.

No, the ones I remember are just pale green with a few red flicks, it would be fantastic if I could find ones covered with chocolate. I really don't need to be eating that stuff but I guess I'm being nostalgic.

I just Googled ice cream trees, Kemp's makes them and they are called Frosty Trees. Walmart carries them sometimes so I just signed up to get an email alert from Walmart when they are in stock. They are a holiday only item.

alden's makes one: I remember the name "Butter Brickle," but I don't recall having had it. A few stores around me carry Alden's. It's good ... but, it should be, for the price. Maybe, I'll try to get a bank loan, and buy some.

Yes! 31 Flavors had it. Hated the packaged kind, but loved theirs.

Oh boy, I hope it's not marketed that way. Heath bar is almond & toffee. There are no pecans. Makes a difference, as one is a tree nut(pecan) the other is a drupe(like peaches). I know because one I am severely allergic to(pecan) & one I am not-almonds being very Sicilian, & I am one .
