The Name of her character was 'Vice Admiral Holdo' but she wasn't a villain.

Have you played the game "STAR WARS JEDI: FALLEN ORDER" ?
If not then you should check it out whenever you have the chance, That game actually has a Female Sith (She is an Inquisitor) named "Trilla Suduri" and she is (to me at least) fast and vicious.

She was inept. Plus, she looked ridiculous. And that's saying a lot in a Star Wars film.

Then, just read her biography on Wookiepedia. Star Wars doesn't have a lot of female villains, and most of them are non-canon. She first appeared in Star Wars: Clone Wars (2003-05) and later appeared in The Clone Wars (2008-14). She was apprenticed as an assassin by Count Dooku and fought Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi on numerous occasions.

I guess that that is true.
The 2 Best that I myself have seen are 'Trilla Suduri' (a Female Sith Inquisitor from the Game "STAR WARS JEDI: FALLEN ORDER") and 'Captain Phasma' (from "THE FORCE AWAKENS" and "THE LAST JEDI").
