IMPO - This is my #1. favorite episode so far now  . It's like the old saying - " Three times a charm " in this case it's episode 3  . I agree with shadowrun and maxwellperfect the cartoon scenes really did give this episode a bit of something extra and the little adorable robot's line too . IMPO - Also at the same time the book was a sort of " parallel metaphor " for the writer back then and for Gloria in her current situation too . |

Just finished ep 7 of s3. Impressive how this show has maintained a consistent level of quality. I might favor one season over another, but there hasn't been a dud.
As far as s3 goes, really hoping Nucky Thompson's brother gets a violent death.

As far as s3 goes, really hoping Nucky Thompson's brother gets a violent death. I seriously doubt it but I almost wonder if Chief Moe is getting paid off because he's so amazingly clueless. Of course that's a recurring theme in Fargo. Most of the women are brilliant and most of the men are idiots. |

Do you thinnkk he wants to own the company? I thought he was just using it to run various money laundering and other scams and would then bankrupt and abandon it. I kind of feel sorry for Sy now. He was a jerk but most of it was due to loyalty and he's in a coma and probably in all types of trouble if he comes out of it. |

Well that finale was certainly interesting. I'm assuming the woman that took over Stussy Lots had hired Varga to get the company for her. Otherwise I'm not certain what he needed all the money for or what his endgame was.
