It's going to keep going for a while. After a decade they've just finished their first saga so they'll move on to something else.
But eventually it's got to come to an end right? The main characters will all age out and nobody really wants a replacement for Iron Man, Captain America or Thor.
There's a lot of other characters to introduce but they'd used most of the main ones by now.
How should the whole story end?
Like who could be the last villain for them to overcome? Maybe they just won't end it at all though and keep it going with a new generation of characters like Star Wars that'd be ok I guess but let's just say it would end for fun.

But in all seriousness, the mcu should end with general audiences no longer being interested.

With Kang the Conquer as the final villain.

With Kang the Conquer as the final villain. I wouldn't mind seeing that.

They all get cancer and die.
The only MCU movie DC-Fan would rate higher than 1/10.

Endgame wouldβve been a pretty appropriate note to end on, but since that wasnβt the end, I canβt imagine what else theyβd possibly be able to do.

With all the characters they have at Marvel (and a bunch more recently added in) they can keep going without trying to recast characters. There's also legacy characters you can give the superhero name to. There's also a source material that can come up with new material that can last for decades. Live action comics, folks.
Another thing is that it is called Marvel Studios. A movie studio that makes content from Marvel characters. What, are they suppose to just shut down the studio because they finished a storyline?

I would go with Hulk wins, but this works.

I pretty much agree with everyone that the MCU should end with Galactus's defeat. You can't get any bigger than his character.

vs. DC The winner of Kong vs. Godzilla gets to flip a coin to decide which CBM studio gets the win.
Honestly, I think the MCU will probably safely eventually morph into feature length animation, perhaps by 2030. Into the Spiderverse was a solid hit. I don't think their idea of smaller scale Disney+ stuff will take hold, there simply aren't enough eyeballs there yet.

He tried to wipe out the entire universe in Endgame. I disagree. Galactus is way more powerful than Thanos. He can consume entire planets. Thanos, for the most part, wanted to preserve the universe by wiping half of all sentient life. Fans have noted that if you split Earth's population in half, it would likely rebound in full in about 50 years. Once Galactus consumes a planet, it's gone forever.

But Thanos in Endgame wanted to destroy the entire universe. I know, but I'm talking in terms of their power. Even with the Infinity Gauntlet, Thanos is a highly evolved alien of god-like powers. Galactus is a cosmic entity on a universal scale and is capable of way more damage.

I swear Galactus is even more lame than Thanos. It would be a shame for the mcu to end with a wet fart.
