I haven't seen -
1928/29 The Broadway Melody 1930/31 Cimarron 1936 The Great Ziegfeld
All the rest are worth seeing I guess, but there's a BIG gap between the greats and some "others".

I have no desire to see all of those 'winners' on that list since not many are of any real worth as from what I have seen the only movie that won best picture of any real worth are... 1988 Rain Man 1994 Forrest Gump 1995 Braveheart 2000 Gladiator 2006 The Departed there is a bit more I mildly like but those are the only ones good enough to be among my favorite movies in general.
I would say from 2016 to date it's been noticeably weaker than usual with some exceptions. hell, just looking at the volume of movies each year I scored a 7/10 or higher in the current decade, you can see things really dropped off for me after 2015...
2010 - 7 movies 2011 - 8 movies (1 honorable mention)
2012 - 7 movies (1 honorable mention) 2013 - 7 movies (4 honorable mentions) 2014 - 4 movies (4 honorable mentions) 2015 - 7 movies (2 honorable mentions) 2016 - 1 movie (3 honorable mentions) 2017 - 1 movie (1 honorable mention) 2018 - 2 movies (2 honorable mentions) 2019 - 2 movies
so I averaged 4.6 movies per year I scored a 7 or higher. but if you only total up 2010-2015, that raises to 6.7 movies per year average.

Quote of the day...
"I have no desire to see all of those 'winners' on that list since not many are of any real worth.."
what kind of ignorant, movie hating clown would say that?

Only three I haven't seen:
1928/29 The Broadway Melody 1932/33 Cavalcade 1968 Oliver!
Plenty deserving on the list and plenty undeserving entries..

I haven’t seen The Broadway Melody, Cimarron, Cavalcade or The Great Ziegfeld. The matter in particular does look like a chore to sit through, but I shall check them all off eventually. Clearly the rest are a mixed bag, with plenty which seem like ‘you had to be there’ choices, but there are quite a lot of good films and even some great ones in there.

I can vouch for Wings. A great film. I saw it on the big screen a few years ago in conjunction with the restoration/bluray release. What a great time.
I've seen the majority of the 1930's to 1990's winners, but after that it's hit and miss, especially this past decade.

Gandhi (1982) is the only 20th Century Best Picture I have not seen.
There are more in the 21st Century. I have missed, and will probably continue to miss:
2004 Million Dollar Baby 2005 Crash 2008 Slumdog Millionaire 2013 12 Years a Slave 2017 Shape of Water 2018 Greenbook

Still no Pulp Fiction. I thought maybe it would end up on this list. Pulp Fiction was nominated for Best Picture and should have won, but it was Forrest Gump that came out on top that year (1994).

I know that, hence my sarcastic post. Wishful thinking on my part. Ah, I see. There have been many questionable decisions made in Oscars history, but not giving Pulp Fiction Best Picture might be the worst. Nothing against Forrest Gump, it's a fine film, but c'mon...... And not giving Heath Ledger Best Actor for Brokeback Mountain might be even worse, but that's another topic for another day.

That movie should only be seen if you're looking for a cure for insomnia, it's that boring. Witness should have won instead.
