The decorations and lights. I like going down to a shopping area or a lit up street and seeing all the lights. Reminds me of Home Alone 2 with all the New York Christmas lights.

While I am sure one can make a fair amount of legitimate points, when one looks at the big picture the most important one is the birth of Jesus Christ since He's the reason for the season as without Jesus doing what He did, no Heaven for us and, while it's hard for us to see beyond the hear and now, you can't beat Heaven as it blows away any good one can experience here on earth.
but nowadays it seems many don't even care and live life like there is nothing beyond this one which can be a big mistake if someone goes too far off the rails.
but to list some other things... I would say general family and things are a bit outside of the norm etc.
