(My Power Rankings are generally based on 50% how they played this week. And 50% overall record. In other words, they change every week.)
BEST TEAMS 1) Baltimore Ravens (13-2) 2) San Francisco 49ers (12-3) 3) New Orleans Saints (12-3) 4) Kansas City Chiefs (11-4)
GOOD TEAMS 5) Green Bay Packers 6) Seattle Seahawks 7) Houston Texans 8) New England Patriots 9) Buffalo Bills 10) Tennessee Titans 11) Minnesota Vikings 12) Philadelphia Eagles - These teams might be good enough to beat anybody. But most have problems with consistency. Or a glaring weakness. All serious contenders for playoff spots.
MEDIOCRE TEAMS Falcons, Buccaneers, Rams, Cowboys, Cardinals, Panthers, Bears, Lions Steelers, Browns, Colts, Jaguars, Chargers, Broncos, Jets, Raiders - Some of these teams may be loaded with talent. But right now they are either struggling, or inconsistent.
BAD TEAMS Giants, Redskins Dolphins, Bengals - These teams have been bad all year.
What do you think?

I think you’ve forgotten your own definition of a “good” team. As of this moment, the Eagles are leading their division and therefore must be upgraded a tier.

What do you think? Seattle should be ranked lower after that performance against Arizona. Kansas City and Green Bay should move up into the 4th and 5th slot under Best Teams.

Aw man, everyone ignored my PM to ignore your power rankings this week.
Anyway, Lions are mediocre? I think they're straight up bad. At the very least you should update the 'mediocre' definition to remove the 'Some of these teams may catch fire at some point this season.' I don't think any of those teams are 'catching fire' in week 17. Catching fish, more like.

I think there are teams now in the GOOD TEAMS group that cannot --- "beat anybody".

I still think the Saints are the best in the NFC and the Packers are pretenders, but it’s a good ranking.

Also the Texans are similar to the Packers in my opinion - very overrated. Patriots should be above them.

Bills & Titans scare me more than the Texans. I'd even have them ahead of road Patriots, which luckily they'd only be travelling now to Baltimore.

The Patriots have to play the Chiefs in the divisional round and the Chiefs already kicked the Patriots asses in New England.
