...if it were in one of the ST movies. I was listening to a review of the final episode of Mando season 1, and they were talking about the comedic opening with the Stormtroopers, and I could only think, "If this had been a scene in TLJ or TROS, people would literally be screeching about how it "doesn't feel like Star Wars!!!". If the part where the troopers try to shoot that thing and miss had been in the movies, people would be complaining about too much "fan service". And don't get me started on how people totally accept a baby lifting a space rhino, stopping a fireball, and healing somebody , but let a girl (who probably has cooties!) lift some rocks, and it's the end of the world. Note that I don't say these things to criticize Mando, but to point out people's certain peoples' hypocrisy.

Why does it trigger you so much when someone says one bad thing about em?? Why must we idolize feminism like you do?

Soooo...now you're upset that people actually like something Star Wars related made by Disney...? You're so weird.

Baby Yoda's magical Force powers were criticised, and some see a conspiracy to retcon/justify Rey's god-mode character. But again you compare apples with oranges and keep bashing straw Sues:
- Rey is the lead character in a continuity of films that pre-defined how the Force works (ie learning the ways of the Force, not "downloading" it like an App); Baby Yoda is just a cute deus ex machina mcguffin and mystery box in a seperate TV series, people are more lenient here (so far). - Rey does not only lift "some rocks", she is an untrained scavanger who magically lifts a mountain of rocks, next to abilities like Force teleporting, Force healing, Force skyping, Force Orbit pulling, Force lightning, Force mind tricking and generally being better at everything than the pros.
- Even if you take away all of Rey's Force powers she would still be the biggest Mary Sue character ever (just remember the Leia-hugged-first scene, cringe)
After all it's only Disney Star Wars. What can you expect?

Soooo...now you're upset that people actually like something Star Wars related made by Disney...? You're so weird. I don't like the hypocrisy. It isn't hypocrisy when there is a reasonable justifier for it, which there are many to justify/explain Baby Yoda's powers not present with Rey. 1: Baby Yoda is introduced with his powers, Rey however is established as having no powers until she downloads them after which she is as skilled as any Jedi Knight who have spent a decade or more studying the force and honing their abilities. 2: Baby Yoda despite great power show limits, lifting the Mudhorn knocked it sparko, healing Carl Weather' put it on it's but, holding back the flames drained it of it's energy so it couldn't heal Mando. 3: Baby Yoda is of a highly force sensitive species who all we know of had 2 members of it's race on the Jedi High Council one of whom was the head of said council, what it's species baseline abilities are is unknown, Rey is human, humans as established like most other species require training to do more than the very basics of using the force, this is true for Luke & Anakin both of whom are among the elite of force users and most naturally gifted Jedi to live. 4: Your argument is biased, slanted and utter bullshit, no one complained Rey could move things via the force, the complaints were/are her ability to learn advanced techniques with 0 training and 0 guidance just because, oh and her ability to go from getting beaten up by 2 scrubs early in the film to suddenly becoming an unbeatable fighting machine capable of besting and showing up Kylo Ren the star pupil of Luke's with atleast a decade or so of combat experience again just because. 5: Baby Yoda doesn't create new force powers like Rey does, it is the first to use force heling outside of the games but still they are a thing before hand, but force download, skype, teleportation etc.
No one took issue with Ashoka being force sensitive or a formidable Padawan, or any of the female Jedi Knights, Master's or the other female Padawan's, people do not take issue with Rey because she is a girl, this is one of those weak minded limp dicked cock wobbling excuse dumb whiny little cunts use to try and discredit valid criticism's of the character because they know they cannot do so with real arguments.
