Stand-up comic and actor Norm Crosby has passed away at age 93. Back in the late '70's, when I was visiting my parents, we went to see one of his performances. He was very good, although the acoustics in the auditorium were so bad that I had trouble understanding his monologues. RIP, Norm. Just learning this now. I met him in 1999 when he was appearing on a cruise I was working on. Tons of funny stories about show biz and always smiling. A real old fashioned comedian, but that was something I liked. He had been on a couple of episodes of The Love Boat. R.I.P.
