Is because they keep blowing up planets in these fucking movies. They do it like it's nothing. If someone blew up Earth they'd be killing every person, every animal, every tree or plant, every fish, every bird, every bacteria. If someone blew up Earth I'd want them to be skinned. In these stupid Star Wars movies Darth Vader can stand aside while the Death Star blows up a planet and a few movies later "redeems" himself. Hey idiots there's no statute of limitations on murder of one person much less an entire planet. It doesn't matter if Darth Vader or Killow Ren "still have good in them" they're still murderous criminals who should be on death row. All Star Wars is is a 9 part movie series about people fighting in space committing genocide, blowing up planets and killing or trying to kill their own family members.

technically in the 6 George Lucas Star Wars movies only one planet is blown up, Alderaan. No other. The Disney-sequel movies (those actually blow up 6+ planets just for fun and nostalgia) are unapologetic trash, they should be disregarded and deleted from anyone's head canon.
The redemption aspect concerns only the Force aspect, not galactic justice. Vader (and Crylo Ben who again is only a Disney poser character) escape galactic justice by dying. So what you are saying is false and true, from a certain point of view.
Do not forget: Star Wars also depicts the systematic corruption and downfall of democracy and liberty as well as the rise of demagogues to power. It has a high narrative and artistic value and is pretty unique in this regards (also it sports great art design and music)...
