His reaction was uncouth and disappointing. I get it, he's a human. He's not a perfect person. But I didn't like it. Apologising and learning from it is the right response.

I think it's a bit of a stretch to say she hurt him. She pulled his arm. She didn't exactly take the screws to him.
What's important is that this is a teachable moment for everyone, and I'm glad Francis recognized that. We ALL lose our temper, even the best of us.
It's a bit disheartening that people want to blame the woman.
