I think so.
He was appearing in bit parts in mainstream comedies(film and TV), was a regular on a sitcom for a major network(TBS), was doing stand up routines with some pretty big comic talents for TV and for events, was engaged to Christina Ricci and now...He's a mentally disturbed conspiracy theorist doing YouTube videos threatening people on live streams, accusing people of the worst things imaginable, and telling fans of his to go after people he doesn't like. And whatever friends had gained after he retired from acting and comedy(like Joe Rogan, Ben Shapiro, and Steven Crowder) he turned against and made into his enemies for life. He will never work for TV and film again - so if he is one actor/comedian who has not had the worst last decade I'd say he ranks up there.
Pretty sad though, I thought he was kind of funny.
