The first two aren't even Disney films.

No idea what the Dogma link is to Disney. If it's Miramax, then it may have been the same situation as Kids....Disney didn't refuse to release, Weinstein new Disney would be wary of the material and funded/produced/released without Disney involvement

No. It's a Miramax which was owned by Disney. But Miramax made he film with no Disney funding or distribution.

Ok, but they sold it when Dogma still was only a screenplay. They didn't refuse to release it, because it wasn't even a movie yet.

Maybe if they were directed by Woody Allen, they’d release them right?

I own Dogma (1999) on Blu-Ray. And Kids has also been released on blu-ray in Germany.

imdb trivia, re. KIDS
The film was given an NC-17 rating in the United States, which caused controversy at Miramax Films, whose parent company is The Walt Disney Company. Disney forbids the release of films rated NC-17.
Alarmed by this, Miramax heads Bob Weinstein and Harvey Weinstein came up with a simple solution: they made a one-off independent distribution company, Shining Excalibur Pictures..
