So if Joker receives an Oscar nomination for Best Picture, Joker will be the 1st CBM to receive an Oscar nomination for Best Picture based solely on merit and not on the use of any race card.

So basically the Academy is easily corruptable, influenced and not legit...the same academy that may give Joker a nomination. The only race card being played here is by you. And to play it as a justification for a film from a franchise you hate being nominated is pretty low and pathetic.
