Out of the blue, too... I wasn’t really thinking about SW—maybe it took a while for my subconscious to catch up after I saw the last movie?
Anyway:
Some black-outfitted bad guy, whose costume looks more like Kylo Ren’s than Darth Vader’s, is looking at a monitor. I’m just watching from the sidelines; I don’t really play a part in the dream.
He’s talking to a female military type through the monitor. I don’t remember what he was originally saying, unfortunately, but then he says something like “what are the other shows where they rescue the princess?”
The monitor woman lists a whole bunch of imaginary TV shows that sound generically Star Wars/Star Trek-y, like Galactic Adventure, and I (in-dream) am thinking, “Oh, I wonder if she’s going to mention Star Wars.”
Sure enough, she says, “This will also remind you of the star wars,” but she says it as if “the star wars” were an event in history and not a movie series.
Then the dream shifted, and it didn’t have anything more to do with SW. So, just a snippet, but I did remember it on waking up.

Another one, alas:
I’m visiting a movie theater to watch a Star Wars movie, but this is no ordinary Star Wars movie: It’s an anthology film (?!), three different short films strung together. In real life they would have had some of the same themes, but when watching I don’t see any element or theme uniting them.
I think the main characters are the group from the sequels. At least, one of the characters looks like Rey.
One segment involves the characters going to a planet completely covered in sand and dirt. You can see cars and mummified hands sticking out of the sand as the characters walked by. Not sure if it’s the same segment, but another planet is covered by water except for one tiny causeway that the characters have to balance on, being sure they didn’t fall in either way.
A different segment involves {yet another!} black-outfitted villain. I can’t tell if it’s a man or a woman; all I know is that this person has long hair but isn’t Kylo Ren. This person has a lightsaber and is swirling around and around, as if he/she’s dancing, in the middle of a room filled with all kinds of technology, computers, etc.
I have strange dreams.
