Felicity Jones for the win. They say she won the heart of 2 nations alongside Californian superbohunk Armie Hammer.

I like Carey Mulligan. That's about it. Emilia Clarke can't act at all.

Florence Pugh, Jesse Buckley, Olivia Cooke, Jodi-Turner Smith feel more apt as well.

I think the ones OP mentioned have had their chance and didn't quite blow up. These are the ones that are rising...
Rebecca Ferguson

Vanessa Kirby

Florence Pugh

Florence Pugh is my tip for the top I saw Florence Pugh interviewed by Graham Norton a couple of weeks ago. She was very engaging. She plays Amy March in Greta Gerwig's period drama 'Little Women' (2019), the latest adaptation of Louisa May Alcott's classic novel.
Florence Pugh
Also on the rise is Bel Powley. Watch out for her antics.
Bel Powley

Despite the accent I believe Ferguson is Swedish

I don’t like Carey Mulligan in most of the movies I’ve seen her in. It’s a fine list otherwise.
