Harbaugh is getting out coached.
Although, I've been thinking that this could happen sometime during the playoffs. Sooner or later You're going to run into a team that can stop that college style offense and forcing Lamar to become a passer. Just didn't think it would be the Titans.

Media and fans will target Lamar all summer for losing this game. It's the most annoying part of sports narratives. The losing QB gets all the blame. Teams win and lose games, not individuals.

Twice as many pts as against the Pats...maybe the Pats weren't that bad after all, and the Titans have just found their momentum. If it carries them to the seventh Super Bowl win of a wild card team...I have no idea. So far I still say no. I like the 49ers for the SB win. Still, I expect either the Titans or KC to be the other team.

If there is a team that could do it I'd say itd be them or the Chiefs. Either team could score quickly off a couple big plays. Just remember how the Chiefs got eliminated last season. I expected them to beat the Pats, not go virtually scoreless in the 1st half. I literally only remember the Dee Ford offsides penalty about that game. My memory is not what some of ya'lls are.

I think this has gotten worse as dominant QBs like Brady have weaken the old wisdom that 'Defense wins championships.' BTW, that was true in every SB won by Brady except the last one.

Seer if you can find it on youtube; it was a great game, in many ways better than the SB of that year.

Perhaps he should have kept his big mouth shut then. Baker Mayfield got his sorry ass handed back to him in week 1 by this very same angry Titans team, coached by Mike Vrabel of Akron, Ohio. It killed Cleveland's season, much to the happiness of Ravens fans. Lamar Jackson may go on to be a great QB, as might Mayfield, but as some formidable Titans said at the time, right now (i'm paraphrasing), "you ain't done sh*t".

Earl Thomas was the one running his mouth before this game, as far as I can tell.

Just this week, to cut forward in time, I believe he told ex-Raven Steve Smith in an interview that he wants to be the (I'm paraphrasing) "Tom Brady of his era".

Don't bother scoring. You don't have the seconds you wasted to score again.

Ravens are knocking on the door. Titans need to stand strong with less than 5 minutes of regular time remaining.

Saying he’ll win a Super Bowl when he was drafted is totally harmless. Besides, the time to mock him for NOT winning a Super Bowl is not a whole 2 years after he was drafted. I’ll repeat, TEAMS lose games. Teams win games. It doesn’t matter that the guy said he “wants” to be a great QB, ffs.

Well there’s game. Really disappointing way for the Ravens to finish the season and even more disappointing for me since I had them winning the Super Bowl and they were my pick for the pick ‘em.
Chiefs/Packers Super Bowl, everyone.

As a Browns fan, I wish Baker Mayfield would curb his behaviour, there's no need to act like a prick. Just go out and win games, you'll have plenty of time to taunt and gloat later.
I bet Johnny Manziel - sorry, Johnny Football - rues the day he taunted Geno Atkins and the Cincinnati Bengals D.

I expected them to beat the Pats, not go virtually scoreless in the 1st half. Yeah but how many play action passes have they run versus how many slants? I mean, they always tried to go for the big plays while they could have marched down the field and manage the clock by mixing things up a bit. How many runs by Jackson here and how many passes were aiming at big gains versus passes and runs to "simply" secure first down and keep going?
Wasn't it in that game (Chiefs vs Pats) that the opening drive of the game, by the Pats, took something like 8 minutes? They understood that keeping Mahomes of the field was one good way to avoid him throwing td passes.

The #6 seed Tennessee Titans are going to the AFC championship game and they will meet either the Texans or the Chiefs. Two teams notorious for flubbing it in the playoffs. Especially the Chiefs who have choked away a couple of AFC title games in recent memory. Should we just pencil in the Titans for the Super Bowl in advance?
I might just say screw it and pick the Titans next week at this point.
