fake looking mechanical shark with a real shark? They can get a shark wrangler to keep it under control for its scenes and a get a good editor to edit it into the footage. Therefore young people can enjoy Jaws without being turned off by the fake shark.

Why do we have to pander to "young" people. Can't millennials today learn about context and era. The shark isn't that largely shown anyway and there is real live shark footage when Hooper is in the cage. Stupid idea!

Only if they add in unnecessary scenes with Mayor Vaughn's mafia contact (portrayed by someone like Anthony Quinn) and we actually see those paint happy bastards caught and strung up by their Buster Browns.

They should edit the movie down to 90 minutes and add more digital sharks, to increase the dread. The movie is also too white, so put Samuel L Jackson in it too and at least one LGBQT character.
