49ers: 27 Packers: 24
Chiefs: 35 Titans: 20
Both games should be relatively close. Niners just feel way more confident, complete and positive. They are rolling. Titans could very well pull off the Cinderella story in the AFC as the Chiefs are prone to blowing it but KC came back and wrecked the Texans. Now or never for KC! (possibly)

Here are my picks for the conference championships.
Chiefs over Titans - Chiefs have a stronger team and their passing attack will be too much for the Titans to keep up with. Final Score - Chiefs 38-Titans 27.
49ers over Packers - Niners defense will be able to limit the Packers offense and the Niners rushing attack will have success IMO, plus the Niners are at home so I’ll take them. Final Score - 49ers 23-Packers 17.

Tennessee @ Kansas City
As the Colts and Texans showed in the regular season, the Chiefs can be beaten in the trenches by dominating time of possession and running the ball effectively. Something the Titans know a thing or two about with the league's rushing leader on their team. On the other hand, as the Texans just showed in the postseason, nothing matters when you're facing a QB like Mahomes. I hear the commentary about Andy Reid's postseason history, but Mahomes changes everything. He's a guy that would've taken the Chiefs to the Super Bowl last year if not for Dee Ford's foot. I just can't see this Chiefs team losing back to back AFC title bouts. The Titans have been truly impressive and I'm sure that Henry will have another big game, but their defense can't stop Mahomes when he's playing at this level and when his weapons are healthy.
CHIEFS 37-24 TITANS
Green Bay @ San Francisco
I think the Packers have a lot going against them in this game. Even throwing out the regular season matchup, it doesn't look good. A healthy 49ers defense is a juggernaut and guess what, they're healthy again. That line will be in Rodgers' face all game and if they can stop Dalvin Cook, they can stop Aaron Jones. Sherman will take care of Adams and GB don't have any other reliable receivers. What's more, it's a rookie head coach going up against possibly the league's best offensive playcaller in Kyle Shanahan. All GB have are this idea that Rodgers will conjure some magic reminiscent of his past self, and their pass defense. However, the Niners don't need to rely on the pass; their eminently creative run game will dominate. I think this will look a bit like the 2016 NFC Championship where the Falcons wiped the Packers off the field. Oh, Shanahan was calling plays that day too.
49ERS 42-20 PACKERS

Tennessee over KC. I’ve grown to like these Titans. Vrabel is the one guy to come out of New England and show he can coach away from Brady and Belichick. They play classic NFC East style football. They’ve got Tannehill looking like a competent quarterback. They’re loose and playing with house money. This is the exact style team that can slow down KC without having to resort to a 52-51 style game. The football gods will say “Andy, you fat lump, you get this far but no farther. Last year it was Dee Ford’s foot. This year will be ranch dressing on your play sheet.” Final score TN 27 KC 24.
San Francisco over Green Bay. I don’t really care about either of these teams but I sure as hell am not going to pick Aaron “I’m a bitch” Rodgers on the road against these guys. The SFO defense will have GB so flummoxed that Rodgers will shoot LaFleur on the sidelines while quoting from The Last Boy Scout. Rodgers will attend a family reunion before he beats this team. Final score SFO 34 GB 20.

Packers/49ers - 23-20 Titans/Chiefs - 30-26
I have zero confidence in my picks. Packers already got their asses beat earlier in the season in Santa Clara, but playoffs are a different animal, so anything could happen. Chiefs also already lost to the Titans earlier in the season and the Titans have already gone through two superior teams simply because Derrick Henry is unstoppable and the Chiefs' run defense is dreadful... but Titans won against the Chiefs in Nashville and I don't think the Titans can do anything to stop Patrick Mahomes. I don't really think anyone can.
