Once Upon On Time...In Hollywood is the only upset at this point if acting branch says so, unless that happens it over

Yep, this awards season has been such a rollercoaster. But agreed, 1917 is the frontrunner now. The remaining awards could push the movies a bit in terms of Awards chances, but unless one movie gets the SAG, Bafta & DGA, I don't think 1917 will be dethroned as frontrunner anymore. It would be a unique achievement, no movie has ever won BP without an editing and acting nom. But the Academy loves war movies, so I can see this being the exception.
Even though I do want to mention that Apollo 13, Saving Private Ryan, Brokeback Mountain, Gravity & La La Land all won the PGA & DGA and still didn't get BP. So theoretically it's not over yet, but it sure feels like 1917 is a clear frontrunner now.
