Hmmm what? Sounds like you’re bringing up something we've moved on from. If you’re referring to my SOTL comment, I have no trouble admitting when I don’t remember something. I knew he never said “Hello Clarice” but I didn’t remember the actual line in the movie. Well, to be fair, you said you were moving on and I said it's an interesting subject that warrants further discussion. But many people insist they heard those lines and can't be convinced otherwise..Or about the spelling of the Berenstain Bears or the spelling of Chick-fil-A... they know what they saw... ...just reminds me of something is all.

So I and many other people all misremembered something? This so called urban legend sprang out of thin air? Believe whatever you want, I don’t care, but don’t tell me what I saw it didn’t see. I know people have adamantly and angrily sworn that Darth Vader said 'Luke, I am your father, He DID say that. I know what I heard.

I’ve read about this Mandela effect prior to this conversation. One example commonly cited is that in the Queen song “We Are the Champions” many people swear that the last line goes “‘Cause we are the champions...OF THE WORLD!” when in fact he doesn’t say of the world. Mandela effect, right? Wrong. In most live versions of the song he DOES sing it that way. So people thought to misremember something actually have it kind of right in this instance. Maybe there’s other examples that are similar to this. Hmmmmmmm?

What many people remember seeing is King Kong fleeing in fear at the end...... …...when in fact - he was swimming off in victory and triumph as he just had defeated Godzilla and as Godzilla was nowhere to be found.

Ever see the original Alien? Wasn’t it the Xenomorph who said to Ripley at the end “in space, no one can hear you scream”?

Who actually won in Freddy vs Jason? Now that one - I'd consider a tie. See Freddy winking at the end as Jason is carrying his head off? I'm still waiting for the sequel over 15 years later.

Who actually won in Freddy vs Jason? Jason walked away with Freddy’s dismembered head, though I doubt that in the ways of that universe it meant that he was truly “dead.”

That is the key - that Jason temporarily had the upper hand at that every moment of time - key word being 'temporarily'.

Who actually won in Freddy vs Jason? Not the audience, that's for sure. What didn't you enjoy about it? Had it all - boobs, 2 horror icons, boobs, a decent plot, boobs and an ending that left it open for a sequel - and oh yeah - it had boobs too.

I do kinda wish Monica Keena did a few more movies back then...she had some nice...talents. Freddy vs Jason was fun if you were a fan of those slasher series. It was a nice popcorny middle ground.
