Not that I condone what happened to them. well if you want to get historical then lets start this way en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kota_Ranien.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sikandar_Butshikanen.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shah_Miren.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rinchanthe Pandits have seen repeated exodus from the valley for over 6 centuries including under the iconoclast Butshikan. It didnt take one night in 1987 but six centuries of persecution. Remember they even petitioned a Sikh guru to represent them to Aurangzeb against the oppresion in Kashmir only for the guru to be hanged. Nothing and I mean nothing the dogras did came anywhere close to the destruction of 6 centuries prior. |
