So there's the trinity re MCU- Chris Evans (Cap), Chris Hemsworth (Thor) and RDJ (Tony)
v
Henry Cavill (Sups), Gal Gadot (Diana) and Ben Affleck (Bats)?
Also what about overall?

In terms of the trinity, MCU wins on RDJ alone. I also think Ruffalo is a better actor than any of the DC trinity. Overall you have to give the edge to MCU on volume alone. DC certainly has great actors, but MCU has more of them.

If we're just talking about their main trinities, I'd rank them in acting skill as follows:
1. RDJ 2. Evans 3. Affleck 4. Hemsworth 5. Cavill 6. Gadot
So MCU wins by quite a margin. Funnily enough, the DC actors seem to be a bit more successful outside of their superhero movies as compared to the MCU actors.

MCU although I blame Zack Snyder for DC's bad perfomances more than anyone else. How the hell do you make Amy Adams bad?

Pretty sure you need to include:
Michael Caine Gary Oldman Christian Bale Heath Ledger Aaron Eckhardt and Joaquin Phoenix
in which case it becomes a DC cakewalk

Actors are actors. Directors are what matters.

Only counting the DCEU and not other DC films, then I'd have to say the MCU.
But if you add the Dark Knight Trilogy and Tim Burton's Batman duology to the mix, then my answer changes to DC.

Do you mean who has better actors in general or who has better actors in their roles?
Because I think Chris Pratt and Gal Gadot are amazing in their roles but I don’t consider either of them to be good actors.
Whereas Anthony Hopkins and Jared Leto are fantastic actors but their characters in MCU and DCEU don’t really do much for me.
An even match for me would be like RDJ and Margot Robbie. Both great actors and both totally own their roles.
