February 2nd (one week from today) is when Pawxatunny Phil, Staten Island Stan, and other woodchucks emerge from their hibernation in order to predict the weather for the next six weeks. If they see their shadows, it means a continuation of winter, if not, an early spring. I'm just wondering if TCM (or another station) will be airing the Bill Murray movie. If so, it will have to be at a late hour, as February 2nd is also Super Bowl Sunday.

But once you've seen it, you will be seeing it again ... and again ... and again ...

I have it on my DVR so if it's not on I'll watch it anyway.

Hmmm, unless this movie won any Academy Awards, it won't be aired on TCM, because it's their annual "31 Days of Oscar" fest. My favorite time of year on TCM.

TCM won't but someone will I've been to Punxsutawney. i can even spell it without looking it up and spellcheck is no help. Fun fact #1; Punxsutawney means "mosquito town" in some Native language. Don't know which is worse. Fun fact #2: Basketball coach Chuck Daly, HOFer and coach of the "Dream Team" in the 1992 Olympics began his coaching career with the "Chucks"
